- 25 years experience as a Chartered Surveyor in the residential sector including:
- 6 years as Managing Director of the commercial subsidiary of Home Group and concurrently from 2006 as the Managing Director of BoKlok UK
- 13 years working as an Associate and Director with DTZ residential and Pieda Consulting specialising in advising institutions and RSL’s on new initiatives and investment opportunities in the residential sector
- National reputation in the field of affordable housing for mid-market rental and home ownership, with regular features in the quality media and television on sustainability and affordable housing issues.
- Experienced in analysing and restructuring underperforming assets and companies
- Broad experience in the management and co-ordination of diverse teams in multiple organisations to create, implement and deliver initiatives and projects including the introduction of the BoKlok concept into the UK
- Participation in a number of research and policy development initiatives on behalf of the RICS and Joseph Rowntree Foundation
- National awards and recognition in the fields of marketing, customer service and portfolio performance
