Well-known and respected nationally within the housing industry, Jon’s strengths cover all aspects of strategy, policy and business planning, housing development and procurement.
Jon’s interests have always been in the housing and design sector. As well as being both a qualified Architect and Town Planner, he had many years’ experience at senior director level with one of the UK’s largest housing associations before establishing Jon Watson Consulting.
He embraces innovation, both in design quality and sustainability. He has the rare ability of being able to grasp and implement large concepts while, at the same time, paying attention to fine detail.

Alan Prole is a member of the RICS with 25 years experience in the housing sector including 13 years as a Director of DTZ Residential and Pieda Consulting where he specialised in market assessment and risk appraisals advising predominantly institutions and major RSL’s in market trends and new initiatives in the residential sector.
For the last six years he was Managing Director of the commercial subsidiary of Home Group with major asset holdings in the North East of England providing affordable rental and mixed tenure home ownership schemes. He also led the team introducing the BoKlok housing concept to the UK partnering with IKEA.
